LEADERSHIP

MIKE PRIDE

Mike is an Aviation Entrepreneur who began his career in Aviation in 2008. Mike founded a Dallas based aircraft cleaning company, Leading Edge Services, which he quickly grew into one of the most respected companies in the industry. Through his strong relationships and research, Mike expanded into the Aviation Maintenance market with the acquisition of RBR Maintenance, Inc in 2019. RBR Maintenance, now RBR Aviation is a Part 145 repair station based at Dallas Love Field that focuses on scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on corporate and private aircraft. Additionally, Mike owns a Citation 650 that is used for business, personal and Part 135 charter trips. Mike holds a Bachelor of Science from Texas A&M University.

SHARON O’CONNOR

Sharon is an Aviation Professional with over 23 years experience with Charter Management. Her career began with Bombardier/Flex Jet as an expert in the aircraft owner experience. After honing her skills with Flex Jet, Sharon embarked on a career in bespoke Part 135 aircraft management with a Dallas based charter certificate. Sharon is passionate about the Owner’s experience within the Aviation Charter business but also is also an expert in building relationships with Aircraft Owners and Charter Customers. She holds a Bachelor of Science from Southwest Texas State University (Texas State University).
